ascension
Yesterday was Ascension day. However did it pass out of reformed spirituality and get forgotten?

I love ascension day. It's a story with a point: in other words, a myth. But unlike the resurrection or the virgin birth, people aren't constantly fretting over whether they believe it *really happened*. I particularly like silly pictures of Jesus' feet disappearing into the clouds.
Hi Mike, and welcome to the comments. I agree with you: but I wonder if the lack of fretting is mainly because people - especially those more inclined to think in terms of what *really happened* - forget about it.
